We guarantee fast delivery and customer friendly service. All items are usually in stock, so you can receive your delivery 5-7 days after submitting your order and payment. In case an item shouldn't be in stock, we will inform you immediately!

1. Paying in advance (Bank transfer):

Shipment of ordered items is being made after receiving your payment on our bank account. Please use the bank account data below.

Please always use your order number and your name in the reference fileds when paying via wired transfer! You can find the order number in your the order confirmation mail. If you haven't received an order confirmation mail, first check your Bulk or Spam Folder.

2. Credit Cards (VISA/MASTERCARD):

We will send out your package after receiving your payment. Please consider delivery may delay depending on selected shipment method. DHL require 3 to 5 busyness days EU- wide and even longer for international deliveries.

3. Paypal:

Your items will be shipped 2 to 5 workings days after receiving your payment on our paypal account.
PayPal is the Online Payment Service for many shops worldwide. The service is absolutely free for the money sender!

5. SEPA Payment:

Your items will be dispatched after we've received your payment via SEPA-Debit on our bank account. The SEPA mandate is shipped automatically via eMail. The attached PDF form must be sent back to us with your signature! In case you haven't received the SEPA mandate PDF form, please contact us!
