Return and refund policy

We do not accept shipped for free packages. The returned items must be at their original pack, unoped and unused! If these terms are being violated or items have been manipulated in some manner, thi is a guarantee void. Customized or individually prepared items are generally not accepted for return. If we agree to process such requests, which are excluded from the policies above, the customer must pay for packaging and shipping costs. After receiving the goods, we will issue a refund or a voucher excluding the original shipment and packaging costs and all other processing fees. If the goods are damaged or used, the refund gets reduced respectively. Refunds are being issued and processed in 30 days after receiving the returned items. J.Schiffers Haar GmbH carries the guarantee after receiving the shipment.
You can change your order within 3 days after receiving your order confirmation. If you wish an ordered item f.e. in a different color or length or quantity, please contact us via email or phone!
